Description

White brinjal plants, also known as white eggplant, are typically grown as annuals in temperate climates, despite being perennial in nature, and are part of the nightshade family (Solanaceae), closely related to tomatoes. These plants reach a height of 40 to 150 cm, featuring branched stems and large, coarsely lobed, green leaves. White brinjal flowers can be white to purple, and the fruits are large, fleshy berries, often white with a smooth skin and numerous small seeds.
