Pumpkin

Description

Pumpkin plants are vigorous, sprawling vines with large, five-lobed, heart-shaped leaves and bright yellow flowers. They produce a large, fleshy fruit (a pepo) that can range in color from orange to white, yellow, or even striped. The seeds, known as pepitas, are flat, oval, and typically light green.
